Some users are unable to see any data in the Gantt chart.
This can happen when no tasks are allocated to the employee or project. In BQE CORE, the Gantt chart displays data based on task allocations. If an employee does not have any tasks assigned, the Gantt chart appears empty for that user. This behavior is expected, especially for users who are new to the Allocation & Forecasting or Gantt chart screens. To resolve this, you can allocate tasks to the relevant employee or project. When tasks are assigned, they automatically flow into the Gantt chart and become visible to the user.
