User is unable to move time entries from one sub-phase to another. When attempting to move the entries, BQE CORE displays a 0 records successfully updated message.
If CORE displays the message 0 records successfully updated, the activity item used on the time entries is not assigned to the respective project or sub-phase. Assign the activity item to the project and then try moving the time entries again.
