Why is the fee schedule not applied to invoices?

A fee schedule might not apply if the project is configured to use activity-level bill rates instead of resource-level rates (employee or vendor rates). When the Use bill rates & cost rates from activity before bill rates from resource rule is enabled on the project, CORE prioritizes activity bill rates over the fee schedule. To apply the fee schedule, remove this rule from the project (Projects screen) and recreate the invoice so the updated bill rates are recalculated.
