The floating timer requires permission to appear over other apps on your mobile phone. This permission prompt can appear soon after you sign in to the BQE CORE app or the first time CORE attempts to display the floating timer. Until the permission is granted, the floating timer will not be visible.
If you see the Overlay permission needed prompt, follow these steps:
- Tap Yes on the permission prompt.
- Your device opens the Appear on top settings screen.
- Locate BQE CORE in the list of apps and turn on the permission toggle.
- Return to CORE. The floating timer is now enabled and can appear on top of other screens.
- After granting device-level permission, ensure the floating timer is also enabled within the app Menu > Settings.
