No. After time entries have been linked to an invoice, their overtime flags and other billing-related fields cannot be updated. To make changes, the time entries must first be released from billing by deleting or voiding the associated invoice. After the entries return to WIP, their overtime flags can be edited, and the entries can be invoiced again.
