Can I send draft invoices to clients?

No. BQE CORE does not allow sending draft invoices to your clients. Only finalized invoices can be sent to clients. CORE allows you to edit draft invoices before you finalize them and send them out to the managers or clients for review. You can even convert finalized invoices to draft and then edit them.
