BQE CORE does not currently support syncing CORE Projects directly to QuickBooks Online Projects. When projects are synced from BQE CORE to QuickBooks Online, they populate the QuickBooks Online customer hierarchy as sub-customers instead. However, when importing data from QuickBooks Online into CORE, both QuickBooks Online projects and sub-customers are imported as projects in CORE. Check CORE Help Center for details.
