Yes. BQE CORE allows you to grant multiple employees project manager-level access to a project using the Additional Project Manager field on the project's Settings > Details screen. Employees added here receive the same project access as the primary Manager, the project appears in their project list, and they can edit project settings, view and approve time and expense entries, create draft invoices, and run project-scoped reports.
Users added to the Additional Project Manager field are not listed as the Project Manager on reports, the project list, or any filters. The Manager field continues to drive all reporting attribution across CORE.
Note that what an additional project manager can see and do within the project is still governed by their Security Profile, not by this field. For example, an employee with a Manager-level profile can approve time entries and view billing data, while an employee with a more restricted profile may only be able to log time against the project.
You can also update the Additional Project Manager field in bulk from the Project List. Check CORE Help Center for details.
