Your email attachments in BQE CORE, such as invoices or payment receipts, get compressed (zipped) automatically if the option Automatically zip multiple attachments is selected in Settings > Company > Email Settings. De-select this option to keep the attachments as individual files rather than being compressed into a single zipped file (.zip). Check CORE Help for details.
