Does updating date on vendor bills also update it on associated entries?

No. If you update the date on a vendor bill, BQE CORE does not update the date of the associated time and expense entries. However, you can update the dates on the entries using the Batch Update feature. Check CORE Help Center for details on batch updating time and expenses.
