Object Reference error when trying to get clients from QuickBooks

User is trying to get clients from QuickBooks Online into BQE CORE, but receives an Object Reference error.

Typically, these errors happen because of state issues. To resolve this issue:

1. Log out from your QuickBooks Online program and CORE account.
2. Clear your cache.
3. Log back into both the QuickBooks Online and CORE account.
