User has created accounts for some vendors in BQE CORE, but wants to use the Manage Access screen (Settings > Access & Permissions) to restrict their access to some features. The employees are listed on the grid in the screen; however, the vendors are not.
To see vendors in the Manage Access screen, you need to apply the Vendor filter to the screen and set the filter option to Yes. By default, only employees appear in drop-down lists or grids. This filter sets CORE to list the vendors in the screen and you can then set the Manage Access settings for them just like the employees. Check CORE Help Center for details.
