BQE CORE supports regional data residency, meaning your company’s data is stored in the geographic region selected during account setup and remains within that region without being replicated or transferred outside of it. For example, US customer data is retained within the United States (primary data center in the Washington, D.C. area), Canadian customer data is retained within Canada (Montreal area AWS data center), and Australian customer data is retained within Australia (Sydney area AWS data center). Data residency is determined at the time of account setup and cannot be changed later.
Local data residency is currently available only for customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Customers in regions not listed above, such as the EU or others, will have their data hosted in one of the supported regions and should not assume that their data is stored locally.
