Why do I have to change the time card date every week?

This is a setting that can be changed from User Settings > Time Settings. Enable the option to 'Default to current week in Time Card.' After enabling, Time Card defaults to the current week at the start of each week. Otherwise, it remembers the last session (date range) by default.
