Why are QuickBooks time entries syncing with wrong time increments?

If the time entries from QuickBooks Online are syncing to BQE CORE with the wrong time increments, this could be because of the settings for time increments in CORE. To fix this:

1. Open the side menu > Settings.
2. Under Time & Expenses > Time Entry, adjust the setting for 'Smallest time increment for time entry(s)' to the appropriate value. Changing it to '0:01' allows time entries to be synced by the minute, for example.
3. Save your settings.
