Unable to mark time entries as billed using Batch Update

User is trying to mark time entries as billed by setting the option Set Billed Status Flag to True in the Batch Update dialog, but it does not work.

This can happen if you are trying to set the Billed Status flag for entries that are not approved yet. You need to approve the time and expense entries in BQE CORE before you can mark them as billed.
