Yes, you can achieve this by leaving the cost rate blank for the activity item. BQE CORE pulls the cost rate from the Employees screen, using the employee cost rate for the activity instead. You can also use the Fee Schedules feature to set special bill rates and cost rates for services and expenses. Check CORE Help for details.
