Where do I set PTO hours for employees?

If you have the BQE CORE HR subscription, you can set the available PTO hours (Vacation or Sick) by assigning benefits to the employees. Check CORE Help Center for details on that. Otherwise, CORE takes the hours you set in Employees > Dates & Hours > Permissible Hours/Year as the available PTO.
