Vendors with approved time and expenses

For vendors that report time and expenses to you, the easiest way to see which vendors have approved expenses waiting to get paid is from the Time & Expense Reviewer screen.

  1. From the Time & Expense Reviewer > More menu, select Show/Hide Columns and make sure the Approve column is shown. This is to ensure that you can see all the time and expenses that have been approved.
  2. Select Filters and filter records for Vendor Bills > No and Vendor > Range. 
  3. Select the first and last vendors from the drop down list. This will filter all your vendors and show which vendors do not have vendor bills yet.
  4. Apply the filters to see the relevant data on the grid.

Now you will see which vendors have expenses approved that can be put on vendor bills and paid.
