Yes. An easy way to shorten the time entry process and reduce errors is to implement project-level assignments. This feature limits what employees, activities and expenses are assigned to projects, resulting in shorter drop-downs and lists and less chances of errors. This feature is applicable to time and expense entries only. If you want to extend this to other features, a better feature is Manage Access (Settings > Access & Permissions). It limits what projects, activities and expenses are assigned to employees, so employees access what is relevant to them throughout BQE CORE.
