User cannot see invoices of the phases on the parent project's Transactions screen.
This can happen if the parent project is of type Standard instead of Main. In that case, BQE CORE includes only those invoices that involve the parent project. If you want all the invoices of the phased project to show under the parent project, consider changing the type to Main for the parent. Check CORE Help Center for details on the Type field.
