How to skip company selection upon login?

You can avoid the prompt to choose a company upon login in BQE CORE by setting a default company in the Manage Companies screen. This means you have multiple companies in CORE. So in the list view, click the Default option for the company you want to log into by default. The next time you log in, CORE takes you directly to that company without the prompt.
