Bad data in company file after QuickBooks integration

User created a company in CORE, purchased subscriptions, and then synced data from QuickBooks Online into it. But it did not integrate properly and some of the data looked redundant. 

You can set up a new company and enter the data manually there, but then you cannot directly transfer your existing subscriptions to the new company. The best option would be to consult CORE Support with your exact requirements. They can clean up the bad data and you can then start afresh on the company without affecting your subscriptions.
