No, it depends on the features available to you based on your BQE CORE subscription. If you have the Project Management features available, you can access the Allocation and Forecasting screen along with its Gantt Chart view. There are other subscriptions too that allow access to Gantt Chart. Please check with your Sales Account Manager to purchase the required subscriptions.
