No. BQE Software does not charge any additional subscription fee for using the ePayments feature. However, like any other online payment gateway like AffiniPay or Stripe, there is a standard processing fees involved in processing all online transactions (credit card or ACH transfers) and so that is charged by BQE ePayments. To know know about your BQE ePayments processing fee or rate, please check with your BQE Account Manager.
