User is trying to update the contract amount of a project, but gets an error that the security settings do not allow updating records.
This happens when your security permissions do not allow you to update projects. You should contact your BQE CORE administrator to get your security permissions customized. The security bit that controls this is Allow update under Edit Profile > Project screen. Check CORE Help Center for details on customizing security permissions.
