Can we create a single payment for multiple invoices?

Yes. You can apply a payment to multiple invoices at a time in the Payments screen by clicking Auto Apply against each of them in the invoice list. You can view multiple invoices of a client or project at a time there depending on your initial selection. Note that the payment can be applied to multiple invoices of the same client and not across different clients. Check CORE Help Center for details.
