Unable to see submitted expenses

A project manager has submitted his expense entries to another employee with Manager Level Access. However, that employee cannot view or access those expense entries. Why is that so?

This happens because the Manager Level Access security profile allows you to access the expense entries of other employees, but only for the projects you manage. So, you won't be able to see the expense entries of other employees on projects you do not manage. To allow access to such entries, your CORE Owner or Admin needs to un-check the security permission Allow access only to entries of projects I manage for you from Settings > Access & Permissions > Customize Profile, under Expense Entry.
