In BQE CORE, an employee is not able to see the employee name on the Time Card screen.
This happens when an employee is not linked to a CORE user account.
When users are subscribed to CORE, their profile details are passed to the relevant employee or vendor record in the respective screens. The Owner or Administrator can link the CORE user IDs with the respective contact IDs (employee or vendor) in case of an existing employee or vendor. Check CORE Help Center for details.
