Can we apply project assignments from parent project to phases?

You can apply project assignments from one project to another by creating projects and phases via the Project Templates option. Also, you can copy assignments from the Project Assignments screen from one project to another. However, we do not have the ability to copy the project assignments while creating the project phases.
