How to create project phases?

To add a phase (child project) to a project (parent project) in BQE CORE, go to the Projects > Settings > Details and click and Add Phase. You can also add a new phase to the project from the Projects > Project Center > Structure tab by clicking Add Phase. Check CORE Help Center for details.
