Unable to see rates on fee schedules

User is not able to see any cost rates and bill rates on the fee schedules.

This is happening because of the security permissions or security profile assigned to the user. To turn on this security, open the Security Permissions screen from Settings > Access & Permissions. Select the appropriate security profile and open the Details screen. On the Customize Profile > Screens tab, go to Fee Schedule and check the corresponding options for Show Bill Rate and Show Cost Rate. You should see the bill and cost rates on the fee schedules now.
