Where can we enter vendor tax ID?

You can enter your company's Tax ID under Settings in the Company > Information screen BQE CORE. For the Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Federal ID of your vendors, you can enter that in the Vendors > General > Dates & Hours screen (Tax ID Number) under Dates & Info. On the Form 1099, it prints in the “Recipients TIN” field.
