How do I edit project templates?

To edit the phases of a project template after the template is created: 

1. Create a project using the template that you are trying to update.
2. Edit the phases of this newly created project the way you want.
3. Save it as a new template under the ... menu in Projects detail view.
4. Then go ahead and delete the old template.
