Can detail view screen be saved as favorite?

No, not directly using the Favorite option in BQE CORE because that applies to the list view of screens only. However, you can save the detail view of a CORE screen or any other screen using your browser's Bookmark feature. That way you can get to any screen anytime and save a few clicks.
