Missing active records

Sometimes all active records do not show up on the CORE screens.

When active records are missing from the lists or drop-downs, it means that filters have been applied. You can clear out all the screen filters in one go from User Settings. To do so:

  1. Open the User Settings screen from the top user menu.
  2. On the Display Options panel, click Reset Options and select Filters in the Reset Options dialog.
  3. Click Reset and confirm when prompted.

If this still does not resolve the issue, it might be a sorting issue. Click on any column header to sort the records and it should display them accordingly.
