Sometimes all active records do not show up on the CORE screens.
When active records are missing from the lists or drop-downs, it means that filters have been applied. You can clear out all the screen filters in one go from User Settings. To do so:
- Open the User Settings screen from the top user menu.
- On the Display Options panel, click Reset Options and select Filters in the Reset Options dialog.
- Click Reset and confirm when prompted.
If this still does not resolve the issue, it might be a sorting issue. Click on any column header to sort the records and it should display them accordingly.
