CORE Reports by Features

CORE offers many reports based on its features or functionality. In other words, the reports you get to access from the main Report Center or individual screens in CORE depend on the features available in your subscription as well as security profile. These reports fall under various categories, such as accounting, billing, company, financials, time and expense, etc. You can view the reports included in each feature set by clicking the buttons below:

3-Way Trust Fund Account Reconciliation Accounting Provides information about reconciled bank balance, book balance, and client trust ledger balance. Organized by account, the report displays beginning balance, current period and ending balance of the trust fund along with client ledger balance.
Account Reconciliation Accounting Provides reconciliation details of your bank accounts for a previous reconciliation period. The report displays the beginning and ending balances along with the account details like name, balance amount, etc. You can drill down into the details.
Account Transactions Accounting, Billing Provides a history of account transactions with the clients. The report displays transaction details such as billing, payment, retainage, etc.
Activity by Project Project, Time & Expense Provides managers with a comprehensive record of time charged to projects. Organized by project and activity code, the report displays time entry summary including who did the work, hours worked and bill value. You can drill down into the details.
Actual and Billing Hours Comparison Billing, Client Provides analysis of actual and billing hours worked by employees. Organized by employee or project, the report displays the comparison of actual hours worked and billing hours.
Aged WIP with AR Billing Provides information about investment in projects to know whether additional work can be taken or more resources are needed. Organized by parent project, the report displays a breakdown of investment (WIP + AR) for current, 31-60, 61-90, >90 days.
Allocated Hours Allocation, Time & Expense Provides information about the allocation of tasks and expenses to the staff. Organized by project or employee, the report displays assigned/used/remaining hours and units.
Allocated vs. Earned Revenue with Forecast Allocation, Project Provides information about allocated and actual revenue earned. Organized by project, the report displays allocated and used amount for employees along with the forecast based on existing data or trend.
Allocation Weekly Manual View Allocation, Project, Employee Provides a weekly forecast of staff workload or revenue based on the allocated start date. It uses the manual view wherein it displays the tasks assigned for the next 10 weeks. Organized by project or employee, the report displays the scheduled and actual hours/amounts on a weekly basis.
Annual Financial Budget vs. Actual Financials Provides a comparison of the budgeted and actual amounts from the financial budgets in a fiscal year. Organized by account, the report shows the budgeted, actual and remaining amounts, flagging the over-budget accounts.
AP Aging Accounting, Vendors Provides information about aging of vendor bills to assist in prioritizing payments to vendors or consultants. Organized by vendor, the report provides details about unpaid bills grouped by the due date.
AP Aging with Credits Accounting, Vendors Provides information about aging of vendor bills and reimbursable expenses. Grouped by aging periods (Current to > 90 days), the report provides details about unpaid bills and expenses besides any vendor credits. 
AR Aging Accounting, Billing Provides A/R aging and payment history for prioritizing collection calls to clients. Organized by client or project, the report displays details such as regular and late fee invoices for current, 31-60, 61-90, >90 days along with general journal entries.
AR Aging 5 Steps Accounting, Billing Provides A/R aging and payment history for prioritizing collection calls to clients. Organized by client and project, the report displays outstanding amounts for more than 120 days along with the general journal entries.
AR Aging 8 Steps Accounting, Billing Provides A/R aging and payment history in prioritizing collection calls to clients. Organized by client and project, the report displays outstanding amounts for more than 210 days along with the general journal entries.
AR Aging with Credit Payments Accounting, Billing Provides information about the amount due from clients and the retainer balance available. Organized by client, the report displays outstanding amounts for current, 31-60, 61- 90, >90 aging periods along with the general journal entries.
AR Aging with Retainage Accounting, Billing, Retainer Provides A/R aging and payment history for prioritizing collection calls to clients. Organized by client and project, the report displays outstanding amounts for more than 90 days along with the general journal entries.
AR Reconciliation Accounting, Billing Provides a snapshot of client accounts. The report displays the account details of the client as displayed on the Clients > Performance screen.

Balance Sheet Accrual Basis Financials Provides information about your balance sheet. The report displays a list of assets, liabilities and equity on accrual basis of accounting. You can drill down into the details.
Balance Sheet Accrual by Project Financials, Project Provides information about your balance sheet. Grouped by project, the report displays a list of assets, liabilities and equity on accrual basis of accounting. You can drill down into the details.
Balance Sheet by Class Accrual Basis Financials Provides information about your company's balance sheet using accrual basis of accounting. Organized by class, the report displays a list of your assets, liabilities and equity. You can drill down into the details.
Balance Sheet by Class Cash Basis Financials Provides a list of assets, liabilities and equity using cash basis of accounting by class. You can drill down into the details.
Balance Sheet Cash Basis Financials Provides information about your company's balance sheet using cash basis of accounting. The report displays a list of your assets, liabilities and equity along with the totals for accounts receivable, current assets and other current liabilities. You can drill down into the details.
Benefit Assignment Human Resources Provides a list of employee benefits offered by the company. The report displays the employees and the benefits they are entitled to along with the start/end date of each benefit.
Benefit List Human Resources Provides a list of employee benefits offered by the company. The report displays the benefits, their type and status along with the earned units of each benefit.
Benefit Usage Human Resources Provides information about the HR benefits usage by the employees. The report displays the benefits earned, used and remaining for the employees along with the roll-over values.
Billable Work History Billing, Time & Expense Provides a history of billable work done in a company. Organized by project or client, the report displays historical billable hours and amount for services and expenses for the last 12 months.
Billed Time and Expenses Billing, Time & Expense Provides a summary of billed time and expenses. Organized by activity or any other item, the report displays time and expense entries that have been invoiced.
Billing Analysis Billing Provides analysis of total billings and total collections. Organized by client or project, the report displays billing details such as invoice numbers, revenue, credits, write-offs, etc.
Billing Details Billing Provides prebilling information for projects. The report displays accounts receivable details for projects including unbilled services and expenses, and retainers.
Billing Forecast Billing Provides monthly scheduled and billed information for projects in a tab layout. The report lists the total amount scheduled and billed for projects on a year-to-date basis. 
Billing Schedules Billing Provides information about scheduled bills for projects. The report displays billing details such as bill number, date, contract amount, retainer, net bill amount, etc.
Budget Comparison Budget Provides a comparison of actual versus planned consumption of resources for projects. The report compares the budgeted, spent and remaining hours/units/costs for activities and expenses.
Budget Comparison by Employee Budget, Employee Provides a comparison of actual versus planned consumption of resources for projects. Organized by employee, the report compares the budgeted, spent and remaining hours/units for activities and expenses.
Budget Comparison by Phase Budget, Project Provides a comparison of actual versus planned consumption of resources for phased projects. The report displays budgeted, spent and remaining hours/units/amounts for activities/expenses, flagging the over-budget items.
Budget Comparison Summary Budget Provides a summarized comparison of actual versus planned consumption of resources for projects. The report displays budgeted, spent and remaining hours for activities, including percent complete for projects.
Budget Comparison with Margins Budget Provides a comparison of actual versus planned resources for projects. Organized by activity, the report displays the budgeted and actual hours/units/amounts, flagging the over-budget items.
Budget Details Budget Provides information about project budgets. The report displays budget line items with employees, expenses and activities involved, projected hours for tasks, bill rate, amount, etc. 
Campaign Performance CRM Provides detailed information about the progress and status of marketing campaigns. Organized by campaigns, the report displays dates, targets, responses and financial returns from each campaign.
Campaign Status CRM Provides information about the campaign status. The report displays a list of campaign status and whether they are in use in any of the campaigns.
Campaign Type CRM Provides information about the campaign types. Organized by campaign type, the report displays details such as campaign type, status and whether in use in the CRM.
Campaigns CRM Provides a list of marketing campaigns used to target leads and prospects that are geared toward increasing sales. The report displays campaign names, start dates, expected revenue, campaign status, etc.
Cash Flow Monthly Statement Financials, Payment Provides a monthly cash flow statement. The report displays all the payments made by the clients on a monthly basis. You can drill down into the details.
Cash Flow vs. Revenue Billing, Financials Provides information about the earnings of the company as of a specified date. Organized by month, the report compares the current and previous year-to-date income and revenue.
Cash Receipt YTD Comparison Payment Provides information about the cash receipts and collections to help analyze the financial status of the company. The report displays cash receipts for the previous and current year to-date along with the difference.
Cash Receipts Payment Provides information about the cash receipts on invoices and retainers. Organized by payment date, the report displays a list of cash payments and their details.
Cash Receipts Journal Payment Provides information about cash receipts on invoices and retainers. Organized by project, the report displays payment details such as dates, invoice numbers, projects billed, payment methods and amount, etc.
Chart of Accounts Accounting Provides a complete list of accounts for your company. The report displays account details such as name, type, description, balance amount, status, etc.
Check Details Accounting Provides information about the checks written in CORE. The report displays check details such as number, date, account involved, paid amount, etc.
Client List Client Provides information about all the clients in CORE. The report displays a list of clients and their attributes such as company name, address, contact number, email ID, etc. You can drill down into the details.
Client Performance Client Provides a snapshot of client accounts. The report displays the account details of the client as displayed on the Clients > Performance screen.

Client Retainer Summary Client, Retainer Provides a summary of retainers received from clients. Organized by client, the report displays client and project retainers paid, applied and remaining.
Client Transactions Client Provides a summary of client transactions. Organized by client state or project state, the report displays a client list along with the balances due from them.
Cloud Feeds Accounting Provides information about your cloud feeds in CORE. Organized by date and status, the report displays the downloaded transactions and their details such as type, description, payee name, and amount.
Collections Payment Provides information about paid and outstanding invoices. Organized by invoice number, the report displays details such as client, project, invoice balance and notes to help with the collection efforts.
Commission Earned CRM Provides information about sales commission earned by employees. Organized by employee, the report displays commission profiles, sales amounts, commission earned, etc.
Commission Profiles CRM Provides a list of commission profiles used by your company for sales representatives. The report displays  the commission percentage, profile name, priority, etc.
Company YTD Comparison Company Provides important and useful information about your company. The report compares your billing, payment, cost and spent amounts for the current year-to-date and previous year-to-date,  along with the percentage change.
Competition CRM Provides information about your competitors or competing businesses. The report displays a list of competition, status and whether in use in the CRM.
Conditional Lien Release Company Provides a prefilled conditional waiver and release form for the clients on receipt of a final payment for a completed project. The release form covers the final payment for labor, services, equipment or material used on the project.
Contacts Client, Company, Employee, Project, Vendors Provides contact information of clients, projects, employees and vendors. The report displays a list of contacts and their details such as company, name, address, phone, email, etc.
Contract Analysis Project Provides a detailed comparison of project contract amount for services and expenses. Organized by project, the report displays the original contract amount, amount spent and billed, % complete and more.
Cost Analysis Billing, Budget, Project Provides cost analysis and information on profitability. Organized on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis, the report displays amount, cost and gross margin for billed time and expenses. 
Cost Rate Multiplier Company Provides information about calculating indirect rates based on cost pools for Cost Plus contract types. Organized by cost pool, the report displays indirect expenses, labor costs, direct labor rate, and indirect rates derived from those cost pools.
Credit Memo Receipt Payment Provides clients with a printed record of the credit applied to their account. The report displays the credit amount assigned to a project along with the memo.
Credit Memos Payment Provides information about credit applied to client accounts. The document displays a standard credit memo with  details such as credit amount, project and memo.
Credit Payment Receipt Payment Provides clients with a printed record of the credit payment applied to their account. The report displays the credit payment amount applied to a project along with the memo.
Currency List Company Provides information about currencies. The report displays  a list of currencies, countries and their symbols. 
Deposits Accounting Provides information about deposits made in CORE. Organized by type of deposit, the report displays details such as date of deposit, depositor whose payments were included, payment amount, account, etc.
Earned Value Project, Time & Expense Provides information about the progress of your projects to enable you to forecast and resolve any issues. The report compares the contract amount with the percent complete value of the project to determine the earned value.
Email Templates CRM Provides a list of email templates created for marketing or promotional campaigns. The report displays template names, description, created date, etc.
Employee Allocation Units Allocation, Employee Provides information about the allocated, spent and remaining units or hours of employees. Organized by employee, the report allows you to compare the allocated hours or units with the actual hours or units for each project.
Employee Bill Rates Employee Provides information about the default bill rates of employees. Organized by employee, the report displays employee details such as title, department, default bill rate, etc.
Employee Daily Time Card Employee, Time & Expense Provides a breakdown of employee's regular time, overtime and personal time off for the desired period, say monthly or yearly basis. The report displays details such as regular hours logged by employees, vacation, holiday, sick, and overtime hours, etc.
Employee Expenses Employee, Time & Expense Provides information about employee expenses charged to projects. The report displays details such as billable and non-billable expenses with their memos.
Employee Half Monthly Time Card Employee, Time & Expense Displays details of employee time card. The report lists cumulative hours for activities charged to the projects on a half-monthly basis. It also shows the totals hours logged on projects and activities performed.
Employee Journal Human Resources Provides a journal of employee-related information or issues in CORE. Organized by type, employee or status, the report displays details such as status, date recorded, reported by, remarks, etc.
Employee List Employee Allows you to review the contact information of employees. Organized by employee, the report lists the contact details of employees including their name, email, and phone number.
Employee Missing Time Week View Employee, Time & Expense Provides information about employees with missing time cards on a weekly basis. The report identifies those employees who have not recorded their time as per the standard daily or weekly hours set. It also lists those employees who have met their standard hours or who do not have any standard hours defined for them.
Employee Paid Time Off Comparison Employee, Time & Expense Provides a summary of permissible, actual and remaining personal time on a yearly basis. Organized by activity, the report compares the cumulative permissible, actual and remaining hours for vacation, holiday and sick time.
Employee Paid Time Off Hours Employee, Time & Expense Provides information about personal time off taken by employees. Organized by employee, the report displays time entries for vacation, sick and holiday besides the percent breakdown by each category.
Employee Performance Employee Provides managers and employees with a summary of vacation, holiday, sick and comp time, as well as gross margins, realization, utilization, billed work, and other performance information.
Employee Profitability Company, Employee Provides a summary of employee profitability. Organized by employee, the report displays the cost and bill value of time and expenses logged, and the amount of profit or loss incurred on that.
Employee Project Utilization Company, Employee, Project Provides staff utilization and performance information. Organized by employee, the report displays a breakdown of time into billable and non-billable hours, and percentage of billable versus non-billable time per project.
Employee Realization Rate Employee, Human Resources, Project, Time & Expense Provides information about the realization rates of your employees. The report displays the rates using the actual hours worked by the employees and their billable hours. You can drill down into the details.
Employee Review Template Employee, Human Resources Provides a printable template for employee reviews in your company. Organized by employee information, the report displays a blank review form with date, reviewer, title, department, etc. to be filled by you.
Employee Time Card Summary Employee, Time & Expense Provides a breakdown of employee time card for a specific period, say weekly, monthly or yearly. Organized by employee, the report displays total time logged as regular or overtime hours and personal time off taken as vacation, holiday or sick hours.
Employee Time Detail Employee, Time & Expense Provides a comprehensive summary of time entries logged by employees on various projects. Organized by employee, the report displays time records along with profit and billing analysis at the bottom.
Employee Utilization Company, Employee Provides information about the realization, utilization and performance of your staff. The report displays the vacation, holiday and sick time of the employees besides the gross margin. You can drill down into the details.
ePayments Details Payment Provides information about online payments made on invoices. Organized by client and project, the report displays details such as ePayments date, type, status, invoice number and amount, payment amount, processing charges, etc.

Estimate Details Budget Provides information about project estimates. The report can be reviewed and sent to the clients as a proposal. It displays estimated number of hours to work and expense units to incur on a project. 
Expense Details Time & Expense Provides information about expenses charged to the projects. Organized by project or employee, the report displays expense details such as dates, units, cost rates, markups, status, bill amount, etc.
Expenses by Vendor Accounting, Time & Expense, Vendors Provides information about vendor related expenses. Organized by vendor, the report displays transaction details including type of expense, debit or credit account, paid and balance amount. For vendor bills, paid amount includes credits and discounts.
Fee Schedules Billing Provides a list of fee schedules. Organized by classification or fee schedule, the report displays details such as bill rates, employee-activity or group combination, cost rates, Amount etc.
Financial Budget Comparison by Class Financials Provides detailed information about financial budgets based on class. Organized by account, the report displays budgeted income, budgeted expenses, actual amounts, gross profit, etc.
Firm Reconciliation Company Provides reconciliation details of your company for a previous reconciliation period. The report displays the beginning and ending A/R balances along with details like retainer balance, billed amount and late fee charges.
Follow-Up Types CRM Provides a list of various types or categories of sales follow-ups. Organized by type, the report displays follow-up types, status, and whether they are in use in any of the CRM features.

General Ledger Extended Financials Provides information about your account activity on accrual basis of accounting. Organized by account type, the report displays transaction details such as date, number, payee, memo, debit or credit amount, and balance. You can drill down into the details.
Gross Margin Billing Provides information about gross profitability to help identify project-related issues. Organized by project or client, the report displays details such as invoices, billed amount, cost amount, profit/loss and gross margin values.

Gross Margin Real Time Billing Provides managers with gross profitability information in real time to identify project related issues. The report lists projects, cost amount, billed amount, gross margin amount and percentage.
Group Assignments Company Provides a list of group assignments in CORE. Organized by feature such as employee, project or activity, the report displays a list of items, their assigned groups, and number of assigned groups (excluding the default All group).
Historical Billing Billing Provides information about past billing of a company, thus indicating a billing pattern. Organized by client or project, the report displays historical invoice amounts for the last 12 months.
Incidents Human Resources  Provides information about employee incidents in a company. Organized by employee or incident type, this report displays the details such as incident type, location, time, date, reported by, and so on.
Industries CRM Provides a list of industries to use for your leads and prospects. Organized by industries, the report displays details such as the type of industry, its status and whether in use for any of the leads or prospects.
Invoice Reconciliation Billing Provides accounting history of your invoices for the specified reconciliation period. Organized by invoice number, the report displays service and expense details such as hours, rate and amount.
Invoice Register Billing Provides a list of all invoices for quick and easy scanning. Organized by client and project, the report displays details such as dates, invoice numbers, gross and net bill amounts, etc.
Journal Accounting Provides information for those practicing double-entry of bookkeeping. The report displays a breakdown of every transaction into debit and credit along with details such as type of transaction, date, number, etc.
Lead Sources CRM Provides a list of lead sources to represent how the leads and prospects were identified by your company. The report displays details such as lead sources, status and whether in use for any of the leads or prospects.

Payment Details Payment Provides information about payments made on invoices. Organized by payment date, the report displays details such as client, project, invoice number and date, pay method, memo and amount.
Payment Receipt Payment Provides client with a printed record of the payment applied to their account. The report displays the payment amount applied to a project along with the memo.
Payments Synced with QuickBooks Payment Provides information about payments in CORE that are synced with QuickBooks. Organized by linked and unlinked payment, the report displays details such as invoice number, project, pay date and amount. 
Payroll Company, Employee, Human Resources Provides payroll information for HR purposes. Organized by employee or project, the report displays the total number of sick, vacation, holiday, regular, comp time and overtime hours logged by employees.
Percentage Billed Billing, Project Provides information about the percentage of contract amount billed for your projects. Organized by project, the report displays  the contract amount, billed amount, contract balance and percentage billed.
Personal Time Off Requests Employee, Time & Expense Provides information on personal time off requested by the staff. Organized by employee or status, the report displays PTO detail such as start date, end date, request date, time off hours, etc.
Personal Time Off Usage Employee, Time & Expense Provides the personal time off usage information for employees. Organized by employee or project, the report displays total number of sick, vacation and comp hours used.
