Conditional Lien ReleaseProvides a prefilled conditional waiver and release form for the clients on receipt of a final payment for a completed project. The release form covers the final payment for labor, services, equipment or material used on the project.
Connected BanksProvides information about your financial institutions that are connected to your CORE account for the purpose of downloading transactions and bank feeds. The report displays your connected CORE and bank accounts, their balances and pending transactions.

Employee ExpensesProvides information about employee expenses charged to projects. The report displays details such as billable and non-billable expenses with their memos.
Employee Half Monthly Time CardDisplays details of employee time card. The report lists cumulative hours for activities charged to the projects on a half-monthly basis. It also shows the totals hours logged on projects and activities performed.
Employee ListAllows managers to review the contact and emergency contact information of the employees. Organized by employee groups, the report lists the contact details of the employees including name, address, email, phone and fax number.
Employee Missing Time Week ViewProvides a quick snapshot of missing time entries by employees on a weekly basis. The report lists the employees who haven’t recorded all their time as per the standard daily or weekly hours set for them.

Firm ReconciliationProvides reconciliation details of your company for a previous reconciliation period. The report displays the beginning and ending A/R balances along with details like retainer balance, billed amount and late fee charges.
Gross Margin Real TimeProvides managers with gross profitability information in real time to identify project related issues. The report lists projects, cost amount, billed amount, gross margin amount and percentage.
