Can a fee schedule be used to control whether expense items are billable?

In BQE CORE, the Fee Schedules feature is primarily used to define billing rates, markups, and fee structures for activities and expenses, but it does not control the billable status of an item. You cannot mark an expense item or activity item as non-billable via fee schedules. Check CORE Help Center for details.
