Budgeted hours for phases do not roll up to the parent project

In BQE CORE, budgets are maintained at the child/phase level, meaning each phase or sub-phase has its own independent budget. This design allows flexibility as each phase can have different rates, billing methods, contract types, and managers. Because of this structure, budgeted hours or amounts entered for a phase or sub-phase do not automatically roll up to their parent project or phase to avoid double-counting or overwriting data. The roll-up happens only in cases where the Cumulative option is available. Check CORE Help Center for details.
