No, Leads notes and Campaigns notes are maintained independently in BQE CORE. There is currently no automatic syncing or linking between these two. Adding or updating a note in one record does not reflect in the other. If you would like to send an idea for a new feature or improvement, submit it to our team at CORE-Ideas@bqe.com or post it on CORE Community under Feature Requests.
