Can I see my opportunities in resource allocations?

No, you cannot allocate resources to opportunities in BQE CORE. Allocations apply only to projects and their phases. After an opportunity is won and converted into a project, you can then manage its resource allocations from the Allocation & Forecasting screen. Check CORE Help Center for details.
