User has configured Microsoft Outlook for sending out invoice emails in CORE > Settings > Company > Email Settings. However, on checking the option Allow User Settings to override these email settings and letting individual users send out invoices using their own email settings configured in User Settings, the invoice emails still have the name and email address set at the company level.
This is the expected behavior when using the Microsoft Outlook email integration for invoices. The override option does not apply to the User Information section in this case, where you configure the User Name, Email From, CC To, and BCC To. It only overrides the other email configuration options like Subject, Message, etc. If you use the default email provider (BQE), only then you can override the fields in User Information set at the company level.
