User is receiving a 520 server error in response to the API requests.
Your apps can intermittently receive this error response if there is a temporary issue connecting to our servers, usually during maintenance activities. Please check the BQE CORE status page to know about any ongoing maintenance. The issue typically gets resolved as soon as the maintenance is complete. But if it persists, contact our developer support at coredeveloper@bqe.com.
