Why are allocations not allowed for main projects?

Task or resource allocations in BQE CORE can only be created at the standard project or sub-project level. Main projects serve as parent records and do not hold direct allocations. To assign resources, hours, or budgets, you must create them for the associated standard projects. Check CORE Help center for details.
