Is there a way to show phase description in Weekly Time Card?

No, BQE CORE does not display the phase description in the Weekly Time Card screen or on individual time entry lines. By default, only the project name/ID and phase name/ID are shown when selecting a project phase. Check CORE Help Center for details.
