To close the BQE CORE AI Assistant (chatbot) window, simply click the X icon located on the top-right corner of the window. It appears on the left of the Refresh icon. This will dismiss the window from your screen until you choose to reopen it.
If you are using the BQE CORE AI Assistant (chatbot) from the BQE CORE Resource Center in the app itself, you can also choose to open the chatbot in a separate tab/window and move it to another screen, if needed. Check CORE Help for details.
