Can inactive employees be a part of employee group?

No. Only active employees can be added to employee groups in BQE CORE. If employees are marked as inactive, they are automatically excluded from group selections and cannot be assigned to any new or existing employee groups. To include them, you must first reactivate the employee from the Employees screen.
