If your name or other profile details appear incorrectly in CORE Help Center, it is likely due to incorrect information in your CORE Community user profile, not your CORE account.
To update your user profile:
- Go to CORE Community.
- Click on the user menu or your profile icon at the top-right and select My Profile.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Make the necessary changes to your name, email address, profile photo, and other details.
- Click Save.
Your updated information will automatically reflect in the help center and community.
