Why is my lead no longer visible after converting to prospect?

When a lead record or profile is converted to a prospect in BQE CORE, the original lead record remains intact, but its status is changed to Qualified. Leads with the Qualified status continue to appear in the Leads list by default. However, if a custom filter is applied, such as showing only leads with the Active status, the converted lead might not be visible. To view it, clear or adjust the filter to include leads with the Qualified status. Check CORE Help Center for details.
